DIRECTIONS
After cleansing, apply onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over skin. Alternatively, you can dispense the toner onto your hands, and pat into skin.
TIP: For extremely dry skin, soak some cotton pads with the toner, and place them on your cheeks, foreheads or areas where you feel any dryness.
