How to use MAKEUP CLEANSING BALM WITH CREEN TEA AND CHARCOAL: 

Apply an adequate amount of cleansing balm over a dry face and massage over areas with blackheads or clogged pores in circular motions. Add a small amount of water to emulsify the cleansing balm, and rinse off with lukewarm water.
