Tacky Base Glitter Adhesive locks down glitter, shimmer, or metallic shadows and enhances their reflective quality. Tap a small amount onto bare lids to lock glitter down.

How to Use:

On dry eyelids, apply a small amount and blend out evenly. Then apply your glitter or shimmer eyeshadows and pigments on top!
